A range to brighten up any workout

Buying & Merchandising 

For a Buying and Merchandising module I collaborated with George at Asda. After noticing that the womens health and fitness industry was rapidly growing and their was a gap in the market for womens active wear products at a low price point I decided to produce a 6 piece active wear collection. 

 

Through research and trend anaylis I strated looking into the key shapes, fabrics, fabric detailing, country of origin, price points and colour ways. 

 

After designing a 6 piece range, I then decided on what products would be allocated to what stores, the products cost prices, the products retail cost, profit margins and estimating what products will be the best sellers.
