For International retailing, I was asked to choose a retailer and propose to move it to another country. I decided to bring Lorna Jane from Australia to the United Kingdom, after noticing a gap in the market for specialised womens active wear. 

I produced a business plan explaing my reasoning behind the move, the competitors, location of the store and whether Lorna Jane has taken the brand to another country.
